At AKXRP, each phone case is custom printed just for you. We take pride in our quality and want you to love your purchase.

Returns

Since our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect model selection. Please double-check your phone model and design before placing the order.

Replacements & Refunds

We offer replacements or refunds only in the following cases:

• You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

• The print or product quality is not as described.

To request a replacement or refund:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Once approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as we begin printing shortly after the order is placed.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized products.

• Items returned without original packaging or beyond the return window.
